How to Activate/Deactivate WhatsApp Billing Notification

As increasing demand from our clients to notify bills via WhatsApp, currently we provide WhatsApp billing notification. Message will be delivered to the phone number registered on clientarea. By default, all clients will receive this WhatsApp billing notification. If you feel disturbed by this notification, you may deactivate this notification as instructed below:

How to turn off WhatsApp Billing Notification:

  1. Login to our Clientarea
  2. Go to Edit Account Details. (This menu is located on the upper right corner, it is on the dropdown on Hello, (Your Name)!)
  3. Find options for "Get Billing Notification via Whatsapp?" then choose 'No'
  4. Click save changes
How to turn on WhatsApp Billing Notification:
  1. Login to our Clientarea

  3. Find options for "Get Billing Notification via Whatsapp?" then choose 'Yes'
  4. Click save changes
